Skyport Tycoon

Skyport Tycoon lets you build an airport from a single runway into a sprawling hub. It's a management sim at heart, all about routing passengers, staffing gates and keeping planes on schedule. The pinch-to-zoom and drag controls are responsive, which is half the battle for this genre on mobile.

There's a genuine loop of expand, optimize, expand again, and the numbers are readable without a spreadsheet. It does nudge you toward waiting timers, but nothing feels aggressive and you can ignore them if you're patient.

The interface gets a little cramped on smaller screens, so a bigger phone helps. Battery is reasonable for a sim, and it pauses cleanly when you switch away.
